Development and validation of spectroscopic simultaneous equation method for simultaneous estimation of betamethasone and luliconazole in synthetic mixture

A simple, specific, accurate and precise spectrophotometric method was developed validated for simultaneous estimation of Betamethasone Luliconazole in Synthetic Mixture. The wavelength 243.20 nm 225.00 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed the concentration range 10-50μg/ml 20-100μg/ml correlation coefficient 0.999 respectively. % recovery were found to be 100.49 & - 100.68 Intraday precision 0.10 %– 0.28 0.11 – 0.24 RSD Interday 0.27 0.37 0.23 0.35 proposed also evaluated by Assay mixture containing Luliconazole. 100.60 100.52 Betamethasone. Validation methods carried out according ICH Q2R1Guidelines. reproducible routine analysis both drugs synthetic mixture.
